Capabilities
Tighter tolerances are possible with additional finishing on request — this raises the cost.
Materials
Light, fast to cut and dimensionally stable — the default for housings, brackets, fixtures and prototype hardware.
Where strength, wear or corrosion resistance decides the part: shafts, mounts, tooling and anything that has to survive a wash-down.
Chosen for thermal and electrical conductivity — heat sinks, electrodes, RF and microwave hardware, bronze and brass bearing parts.
Machined rather than printed when the part needs an isotropic material, a sealing face, or a surface that has to stay flat.
The exact grade is a free-text field on the request form, not a dropdown. If your drawing says 7075-T6, 1.4404 or PEEK, write it — we quote against what you specify rather than the nearest thing on a list.
CNC parts are machined by vetted partner workshops under our responsibility: we quote the job, check the parts on arrival and ship them ourselves.
How it works
Send your STEP, STP, STL or OBJ file, name the material and grade, and state the tolerances that matter.
An engineer reviews the geometry for manufacturability and sends a fixed-price offer with a lead time.
Once you accept and pay, the part is programmed, cut and inspected against the features you specified.
Finished parts are packed and shipped with tracking, to the address you give at acceptance.

Yes — a drawing with tolerances is welcome. A STEP file alongside it speeds up quoting.
Typical lead time is 5–7 working days for small quantities, plus tracked EU shipping. State a hard deadline in the request and the quote will address it explicitly.
