- Mismatched interfaces: M8 / 76 mm on the housing, M5 / 30 mm on the sensor
- The sensor axis is offset +62 mm / +48 mm and rotated 17° to the measurement plane
- Steel compression sleeves close the 25 N·m preload metal-to-metal: the plastic does not creep
- Brass heat-set M5 inserts — the thread survives repeated sensor removal
- A Ø18 H7 steel precision bushing in the locating bore — wear and fit are not carried by the plastic
- Ribbed thermal break: contact with the hot (85 °C) housing is reduced to four 3 mm walls
- Truss layout: first natural frequency > 800 Hz — outside the 10–1000 Hz diagnostic band
