An M20×1.5 sensor on a pump housing fails within roughly 300 h — the diaphragm resonates at 180–420 Hz. Relocating it onto a hose is not an option: that adds lag and dead volume.
- Isolator: S-flexure stack PA12-CF / TPU-95A / PA12-CF, cut-off ≈ 60 Hz
- Four Ø8 / Ø5.2 copper limiter sleeves: M5 preload closes through metal
- Copper M20×1.5 threaded insert in a ribbed boss, 45 N·m
- Two brass M3 heat-set inserts for the cable clamp, plus routing clips
- X-braced truss column, first natural frequency of the body > 900 Hz
